Asphalt Sealcoating
Most asphalt damage starts as a small crack that goes untreated. We seal cracks first with a rubberized hot-pour crack-fill, then apply a fresh sealcoat across the entire surface. Recommended every three to five years for residential, every one to two for high-traffic commercial.

Parking Lot Sealcoating
Sealing a working lot is mostly logistics. We close half at a time, lay the sealer, give it the cure window the temperature actually allows, then re-stripe so you reopen the next morning with stalls that read clean from the far side of the lot.
